Wedge Management Limited and its related companies and affiliates (“Wedge”, "we", "us, "our") is bound by and adheres to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (the “Act”) for personal information to which that Act relates and the Information Privacy Principles of the Act (the “IPPs”). Personal information means information about an identifiable individual e.g. your name and contact details. The IPPs govern how we collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information.
By providing us with your personal information and/or using our mobile application and website (together, the “Wedge Digital Platform”), you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may change this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be available on the Wedge Digital Platform and can be provided to you on request by emailing us at support@wedgemoney.co.nz.
It’s up to you to check for any changes to this policy. By continuing to use the Wedge Digital Platform you are considered to have accepted any updated policy.

We may also collect information about you from publicly available sources of information.
We, and our third-party service providers may use cookies and other storage technologies when you use the Wedge Digital Platform. Cookies are small blocks of text stored on your device. They allow us and third-party service providers to recognise your device and collect and receive information about you from the Wedge Digital Platform and elsewhere on the internet. If you do not provide the personal information we request, we may not be able to respond to your enquiries or provide you with the full range of products and services we offer.

The personal information we hold will be stored securely by us or our service providers, whether electronically or otherwise. We use a range of security measures to protect the personal information we hold from loss, unauthorised or accidental access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, other misuse and actions which prevent us from accessing your information on a temporary or permanent basis (each event being a "Privacy Breach").
If your personal information is subject to a Privacy Breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner in accordance with our obligations under the Act.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as we require it for the purpose for which it was collected. We will never sell your personal information to others.
We will not otherwise use or disclose your personal information except:
· for any purpose set out in this Privacy Policy, or a purpose that is closely related to it;
· where New Zealand law requires or permits us to do so; or
· where you have otherwise authorised us to do so.
We are committed to complying with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
By subscribing to emails and/or text communications or otherwise providing your email address and/or mobile number, you consent to receiving emails and/or texts (as the case may be) which promote and market our products and services, or the products and services of others, from time to time.
